What the forms collect
The project and support forms send your name, email address, message, and optionally your organisation, phone number, callback preference and selected services, plus your consent confirmation. A hidden empty field helps block automated spam. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and provide any service you request.
Hosting and mail processing
The site is served by our web host. Form submissions are processed by a script on that host and passed to the host’s mail system for delivery to our mailbox. The host and mail provider therefore process the data technically, including server logs they may keep under their own terms.
Rate limiting
To limit abuse, the form script stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and the site domain, with a counter, in a temporary file on the server. Entries expire after 15 minutes and expired files are removed on later requests. Your message is not written to that file.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use analytics, advertising or other optional cookies, and none are installed. Your browser’s local storage keeps only your cookie-banner choice. While you type, a form draft is kept in session storage for the current tab so it is not lost if sending fails; it is removed after a successful send or when the tab closes. If storage is blocked, the site still works. You can at any time.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, provide services and meet legal obligations. The site owner must confirm the actual retention policy applied to its mailbox.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
The planning tools
The scope planner and resource filter run entirely in your browser and send nothing.
